Bio - John Brauer

Hi, I'm John Brauer. I'm a freshman and a writing major here at Bloomsburg, and I came here from York, Pennsylvania but I'm originally from Dayton, Ohio. Though I enjoy writing very much, I haven't kept anything I've done over the past couple years, with a few exceptions, including the work I've done on my movie review blog (https://purple-pen-reviews.tumblr.com/). Though I worked in a movie theater this summer, I rarely reviewed anything in the theaters, for various reasons. I was offered the opportunity to test out of this course, but I chose not to because I didn't feel confident in my writing ability just yet. Looking forward to being here!
